We lovingly prepare, pack and pray over each order from our studio in Southern California. Orders ship Monday thru Friday and customer service emails are answered Monday through Friday 10am-5pm PACIFIC.

FREE SHIPPING on all domestic orders through December 25th. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

At this time we are only shipping within the United States & Australia. Should you wish to have an order shipped internationally and would like a shipping quote, please send us an email that includes your shipping address and what you would like to order: hello@anchoredpress.com.

*If we are shipping Internationally, please note Import duties, taxes and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

SHIPPING TIMEFRAME

Orders leave our studio within 1-2 business days. Orders shipped within the United States are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and delivery typically takes 2-4 business days from the date the package is received by the postal carrier. Delivery times are not guaranteed, but are our best approximation. Orders received over the weekend will be processed the following business day.

International orders require extended shipping time (anywhere from 2-6 weeks or sometimes longer). Shipping times vary greatly based on your international shipping address. Please note Import duties, taxes and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Anchored Press accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover and Paypal.

SALES TAX

Anchored Press is required by law to charge California state residents 8% sales tax on all products. Sales tax will be automatically added to orders shipped within the state of California. All orders shipped outside of California are not taxed.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the seasonal nature of our products, all orders are non-refundable. If your Anchored Press Planner arrives damaged, please contact us promptly at hello@anchoredpress.com. We will absolutely make it right for you!

Please note that shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments, refused shipments, order cancellations, or returns/exchanges. However, you will never be charged shipping if we replace a damaged item.
